Riding a Wave of Success Celebrating 14 years in Business!

Liz Milsom Properties is celebrating 14 years in business this month as annual house price growth across the UK jumped to a 14-month high as confidence returned to the housing market following the general election. *

The Derbyshire based estate agent is riding a wave of success having sustained ‘Gold’ and ‘Exceptional’ ratings for customer service for 2 years. Owner Liz Milsom, long term member of the National Association of Estate Agents, is delighted to have reached this business milestone and is positive about the future.

Having worked tirelessly over the last 14 years, through a financial recession and three years of BREXIT uncertainty, Liz spoke about her journey: “I have been so lucky to have found great staff to build up my business since 2006, when we were one of the first local estate agents to have an on-line presence working alongside Rightmove. We’ve always looked ahead to follow trends and understand how people want to buy and sell their homes.

“Over the years we have had to continually adapt to our environment and change the way we do business – however our customer service standards have remained the same – always working with honesty and integrity at all times.

“During the recession in 2008 it was a very hard for all businesses, and yet we continued to work hard to push through and find customers who were brave enough to move-house during the financial crisis. Having weathered the storm, we have just learnt to keep adapting to our marketplace.

“I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has been part of our team alongside our valued partners in the property sector. We work with lots of amazing local professionals and feel a valued part of the business community in South Derbyshire and Burton.”
