When you are ready to sell, we will send out our experienced property professional to arrange to take the photographs, arrange the room descriptions, a virtual tour for virtual viewings, which are coming soon, a floorplan and arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate to be carried out, if required.  This is so we can showcase your property and make sure you stand out from the crowd.

  3. Shout it from the rooftops! Maximum exposure of your property is paramount. We want to reach as many potential buyers as possible. Specific time is allocated to contacting our extensive database of hot buyers and your property is uploaded to all the major property websites, as well as our social media feeds. A distinctive For Sale board will also generate extra enquiries and provide additional 24-hour marketing tools.

  4. Keeping you informed - We aim to provide regular feedback from each viewing as well as keeping you informed with regular marketing updates. Our philosophy is to provide answers before you need to ask the questions!

Longer opening times – It is so important for your Agent to be flexible outside of normal working hours, with Saturday being our busiest day of the week; right through from morning until late afternoon. We are even open on Sundays.  As you can imagine, email and internet activity is constant so we are structured to be available and adequately staffed when we are needed the most.
