Established in 2006, Liz took the step to go it alone and created the areas first ‘ONLINE’ internet based residential Estate Agency, providing a very personal, straightforward and efficient approach from the point of valuation, through to completion. Born and raised with true family values on the village outskirts of Swadlincote, Liz is proud of her roots and has continued to live and work in the surrounding local area, becoming a well renowned and respected face in the South Derbyshire vicinity.

Founder and Director, Liz Milsom, a practicing Estate Agent since 1980, having worked for both independent and large corporate Estate Agents in a management role including Halifax Property Services in Swadlincote and Tamworth. Proving she is more than capable of offering a great wealth of knowledge, professionalism and honesty to all aspects of the property market, very few people in the industry have such a breadth of experience in residential valuations and sale as she does.
