Albert Village

Albert Village is a small post-industrial village in Leicestershire and is located approximately 1.5 miles from the town of Swadlincote. The village is home to Albert Village Lake, a 1.3-mile pathway and is also located close to the National Forest Visitor's Centre with associated walks, bridle paths and Hicks Lodge Cycle Centre. Conkers Discovery and visitors centre is within walking distance, together with public house and primary school.

Ashby

The picturesque market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch also incorporates the near-by villages of Shellbrook, Smisby, Packington and Coleorton and is home to the historic Ashby Castle.

Blackfordby

Blackfordby village is the perfect location for quiet country living. Whilst still being within easy reach of the main towns in either direction- it is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Burton

Burton-upon-Trent is the historic Brewing Capital of Great Britain and home to many attractions highlighting this rich heritage along with all the modern amenities. Incorporating Stanton, Stapenhill, Winshill, Stretton, Branston and Horninglow.

Church Gresley

Alongside neighbouring Castle Gresley, Church Gresley has benefited from major investment and development in recent years, combining traditional features with newer estates and amenities.

Hartshorne

Embrace village life by living in historic Hartshorne  Hartshorne, the cricket pitch and pub with local ales are the heart of the village and there is an excellent restaurant at The Mill Wheel. The village benefits from a range of local amenities including a highly regarded village primary school, two public houses, recreation facilities and frequent public transport services to nearby Ashby, Woodville and Swadlincote centres.

Moira

Moira is a former mining village which offers beautiful National Forest attractions locally including: Conkers, Moira Furnace and Hicks Lodge.

Overseal

Incorporating Netherseal and Linton, Overseal is bursting with nature-trails, expansive farm-land and lovely residential housing, old and new. The area holds regular events including summer fates and Bonfire displays and the whole community gets involved.

Swadlincote

Swadlincote, a town famous for its rich pottery and mining heritage is the main town in South Derbyshire and is located at the heart of the National Forest.
